I used DPD’s collection service to return a squat rack I’d bought from Mira Fit. Three parcels were collected from my home at the same time. Two were delivered successfully — but one has been “at the warehouse” for weeks with no updates. After the tracking repeatedly showed vague or outdated delivery estimates, I called DPD customer service and was told I needed to complete an online form. I submitted the form, heard nothing, and two weeks later called again — only to be told to submit another form. I did that too, and once again received no acknowledgement or response. At no point have I had any communication to confirm my complaint was received or that anyone is investigating it. I’m now £300 out of pocket, with no answers and no support from DPD. It’s extremely disappointing that a company of this size can lose a parcel and then completely fail to communicate or take responsibility. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using DPD’s collection service — especially if you’re returning valuable items.
