This has been my worst delivery experience. I took two days off work to receive my package and never did. I watched the app closely, tracking the remaining stops, only to be told the driver couldn’t find me. The next day I redirected the parcel with the instruction “Front door,” kept monitoring the app, and was told again that my address wasn’t found. I called the hotline and asked them to leave it at a nearby branch; they couldn’t. I even asked for an address so I could pick it up myself—also not possible. What kind of service is that?
