I ordered a package with a delivery guaranteed by Mothers Day.
They blamed the terrorist event in London for the fact they could not deliver it 5 days later near Croydon.
They then sent me an email saying it would be delivered today but I could get it delivered to a safe place. I filled out their form. 5 hours later I get a text to say they could not deliver it because I was not in!?!?
Useless.
I will find out which courier any shops I buy from will be using. If it is DPD I will not buy from them.
