Drain on society. Failed to deliver to agreed depot, and instead came to my flat where the delivery has disappeared. Apparently I have signed for it even though I was out all day.
Package vanished. Disgraceful.
Then tried to fob us of by saying the van driver "Jason" GPS was in my area and they have my signature. The signature has clearly be forged.
