Over the past 2 months, we've had perhaps 6 failed deliveries in total (different orders). We've left pictures with indications, our mobile numbers (no one actually calls you), and every single piece of information we could think of just to make sure we haven't taken a day off for nothing - but every time, it turned out it was indeed futile to stay home because no one arrived.
Hopeless, dreadful service - I wouldn't want to work in their customer support department!
