At midday today the DPD driver knocked on my door to deliver a digit piano as promised from Reidy's Home of Music. He then, while laughing at me told me I couldn't have it unless I went out to his van to help him carry it in. Apparently this is their policy now. I asked what would happen if I couldn't, as I can't, and he replied that it would be redelivered but I still would not be able to take possession if I couldn't carry it out of the van with him.
At this point I have no piano though I have a massive finance agreement telling me I should have.
