Goods arrived at the customer's residence damaged. DPD refused to honour the premium paid to cover any damage done to the goods. DPD made me produce photos and invoices and transaction records to prove my claim. They then offered a paltry amount of 5% of the value of the goods they damaged in transit. I ticked the box that refused their offer. You never communicate directly - it is all done electronically. I have never been reimbursed for the damage and was told on a chat facility they are "sorry I feel this way" I am going launch a county court claim against them on principle. Yet another case of cowboy couriers hiding behind a logo. I have heard many horror stories since about this company - sadly many do not bother to claim losses. This is a genuine review.
