DPD were supposed to deliver yesterday but the driver claimed that we were not at home (four of us and two dogs were) at the time and that he left a calling card which he did not. Fair play to Customer Service they rearranged for today (I am going away tomorrow). Today's driver claims that he posted the item through the door of No. 6 (there is no No. 6 here) AND that it was also signed for at the same time (not even possible).
I am furious with this company and its wretched drivers - if you have the choice of not using them, take it.
