I've had so many problems caused by this company that I've now decided to boycott any seller who uses them to deliver their products. DPD are so bad that I'd actually sooner pay more for an online item than have to suffer the inconveniences and wasted time typically caused by this abysmal courier company.
I've also got a policy now of reviewing companies who use DPD as a way of sharing with the public the fact that they use DPD to deliver their goods. That way members of the public have the choice of whether to use a particular seller, or choose someone else who uses a more reliable courier company.
If DPD don't care enough about customers to improve the way they operate (check all of the reputable review sites around the world to see how badly DPD are rated) then they can't expect to attract customers.
