If I could give DPD 0 stars I would!
Requested to deliver to neighbour and got a text saying they couldn't deliver... went and checked with my neighbour who haven't left the house today... hmmm!
Rang up to complain as parcel is needed TOMORROW, to first be hung up on! And secondly to be told it wasn't their problem and I shouldn't have been out anyway if I had a delivery coming... guess the customer isn't always right to them! Guess my class won't have the supplies they need
