First of the driver never showed up whereas I was waiting for him on the road! Then I was advised that he will return back to deliver my parcel after waiting for 4 hours, customer service told me the the driver went back to the Dagenham depot! And I should be able to pick up the boxes at 6.30pm! Right now, it's 20.32 and I am still sitting here waiting for the boxes and the receiptionist is telling me we are looking for your parcel!
