Appalling Despite, previous messages they delivered a parcel to my home address, this was in spite of my reasons why they should do not do this given they had previously delivered to my front hedge. The package was left with a neighbour yesterday and when I retrieved it from them it was damaged and covered in 'RESEALED BY DPD with care' tape. No explanation of why this happened When I opened the parcel only one of the two FreeStyle Libre sensors was present. One of these expensive, delicate medical items has gone missing. The enclosed delivery note stated 2 sensors were dispatched. This really isn't good enough
