waited for delivery and the tracking is excellent i knew exactlly when to expect my parcel, so i waited in for it to watch the driver walk up to my door to post a card. no knock what so ever
i went out only to be shouted at by the driver. my doorbell works so no excuse i was 10 feet away from the door. DPD may have the best tracking information but this driver was terrible and the customer service team is a joke
