This company must go out of its way to employ the biggest morons they can find to drive their vans. I continually have problems with them both professionally and personally.
They are either liars who claim to have tried to deliver when they clearly haven't (don't want to get out in the rain probably) or just extremely stupid and can't read road names and numbers. If I got off on waiting around wasting my time for someone who never turns up, then all well and good. I don't.
'Customer services' - who you have to go the long way round to actually speak to a real person - are equally unhelpful. There's never anything they can do to rectify and 'your complaint has been noted'. Oh has it really - then why the continued rubbish service?
I would never choose to use them to deliver my goods; it stumps me why anyone else would.
