Awful. They send you a message saying they will deliver your parcel on a given day. They offer you the ability to have it delivered to a safe place or a neighbour etc.....then completely disregard it.
Same parcel, notified them to leave with neighbour twice and to deliver to a shop all completely ignored. Useless.
