DPD have failed to deliver to my address on 4 separate occasions - twice I had to pick up the package at a local shop, and twice I just gave up. Granted the address is quite tricky, but they have made no attempt to learn. The only reason I still get deliveries from them is that some companies insist on using them - for insurance reasons apparently.
Awful customer services on top of the awful service.
