My parcel has been in London for the past 12 days and I've been calling almost every single day to try and arrange delivery also in London, without success. I must have spoken to half the team there - first the address they had was wrong for some reason (but no one notified me), then they mis-labeled the box, then they delivered it somewhere else, then they hadn't collected it from the other place, then a million other excuses! I swear, if I get the parcel intact, it will be a miracle. This is not how business is done and getting customer care to just read off a pre-set scenario just won't do, because guess what? there are no scenarios as crazy as what's happened to my parcel.
