We received a cake delivery from DPD today - the box was clearly labelled with fragile and it had a clear cover. The cake was my son's 21st birthday cake. Unfortunately the cake was smashed at the sides And the box was bashed. No care has been taken and I would never use this company again. They clearly need to educate their employees on the meaning of handle with care and fragile.
