Today was the last day for my delivery. I received an email from the retailer stating that the courier had visited my address but this was not the case. When I phoned DPD (I had to phone the retailer to obtain the number to call them) I could not get through because I had no calling card number to key in because I did not have a calling card because they courier did not arrive. After checking online reviews about DPD I decided to cancel my order as the reviews about DPD were so awful. I am not going to waste my time & will buy the exact same product from Amazon. It is my belief that if a customer opts for free delivery they are put at the bottom of the list by DPD. I suspect paying extra for delivery accounts for the good reviews on this website.
