I would give zero stars if possible.
My delivery was already delayed. I was then promised a delivery no later than 12 today (too late for my requirements) and despite a promise that this would happen they still didn't do it. Apparently because someone hasn't labelled it!
Despite the delay, they have also refused to change the delivery so it now comes to my home (I could only pick up a today) and refused any compensation for delay
Really disappointing completely unsuitable for urgent deliveries
