Shocking customer service. I Ordered a part to fix my leaking boiler (water still dripping) and got sent a time slot from Dpd of 10.30 to 11.30. I rushed home for 10.15 to find out they were early and now I have to wait another day for the part to arrive.
So no hot water or heating and still leaking and as the plumber is due today I also have to pay him! Can't speak to a real person when you call For and website is as useless as the time slot I was given. Why can't the drivers re-deliver the same day like other company's do? Especially when it was your mistake!
