I have had so many bad experiences with this company that I almost want to make it my life’s work to make sure no one else uses them. Bought an item and opted for Saturday delivery via DPD. The item was a present needed for Monday so I paid the extra courier charge. DPD have an app which lets you track the parcel. App showed that the package had been received by DPD and then it vanished! Given that the parcel was last in DPD’s hands, I’d have expected them to be able to find out where the parcel had gotten to. Nope. DPD’s solution was to palm the problem off on me to resolve with the seller. I made the point that it made no sense for me to tell the seller to tell DPD to look for the parcel. I was told computer says no
