If I could give DPD zero stars, I would. Paid for next day delivery...goods didn't arrive on the day...they were sent to the wrong address. DPD rescheduled (without bothering to ask me, yet claimed I had requested their rescheduled date). Goods didn't turn up on rescheduled date either. Still waiting.
Customer service is useless...should be called 'I ain't bovered' service. Disinterested and unhelpful.
