I’ve used their service twice so far and I’ll go out of my way to never use them again. The first time I was expecting a package with 1 day delivery that I did have to pay extra for. I did t recieve that package for another week. When tracking the information would read that the order was refused by recipient. I didn’t refuse it nor get any call or notification that the order was supposed to be delivered. This went on day after day saying that I wasn’t home to receive the delivery, but I work at home, with my office having clear sight of the front door and street ahead and not once was any delivery attempt made. The other time was quite similar, and both times when talking to customer service they either don’t care or they will lie directly to your face. They also wouldn’t give me a refund for paying for 1 day delivery even though it took 7. Luckily my credit card company forced them after I disputed their charge. Do not ever trust these people with your orders. I can accept a delivery being late or even something getting lost, but they really don’t care about you as a customer and will do whatever is easiest for them and will even lie to you. Do not trust them with your parcels.
