Over a three week period, three separate parcels were not delivered to the house. A total of 5 failed attempts (should have been 7 but after one failed attempt they went straight to the collection shop!!!)
All next day deliveries so the first two took over a week for me to get and the £700 phone, well after all the lies and poor customer service I had been through, I had to cancel it as I didn't know when it would arrive.
