Worst service area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
booked the collection of 3 heavy parcels. I booked for 1 day, they failed. i then rescheduled 4 different times and they failed every single time. I spoke to the live operators every day and they assured me that the collection would happen. the operators were unhelpful, refused to call the drivers or do anything other than check their online system. I suggest it is avoided at all costs
