Dpd are the worst delivery service ! I wasnt going to be home for a delivery so asked them to deliver to a local holding place they agreed said the parcel would be there after 12 the next day
Went the next day at 2 after going through 40mins of traffic to be told as DPD had not sent me the right email with a barcode i couldnt pick up my parcel even though I had ID and the emails to say it was my parcel !!! I then had to collect the next day !!
