Received an email last night, following a purchase online with next day delivery, advising that my parcel was on the way and asking what would happen if I wouldn't be in to receive it. I used their option to leave it in a "safe place" and advised them to leave my parcel at the Reception (open 24/7) of my building. Today, I have just received an email advising they "missed me" and will come back on Monday. I tried to call their Customer Service straight away but they don't even pick up the phone... I'm gonna have to go pick up my parcel from their depot, which is a 30 mins drive from where I live.
