I ordered a central heating component and the supplier use DPD as a courier this was a next day delivery. It is now a week of failed deliveries and this is to one of their pick up stores. I have spoken to the call centre and they couldn’t care less and won’t do anything to resolve the problem. They told the supplier that they would rather get the new orders out on time and then get around to the failed one when they can. All this in what has been the coldest week of the year so far. In future I will be asking who their courier is before placing orders (if it is DPD I will be going else where).
