Sent me a tracking email and text message with an hour slot. Watched the guy pull up on my drive, have a look aroun in the back of his van. Then I got to watch him drive away. The reason for not knocking on my door “couldn’t find your address”
After that you get the pleasure of waiting on the line for 10 minutes to find out that he couldn’t find my parcel. So he just drove off.
But don’t worry, they will deliver it the next day.
Unfortunately, that’s a lie by customer service. Because they have lost it.
Don’t worry though. Because the manager will find it and deliver it tomorrow. She is unsure why they didn’t do that the day before and unsure why he said it would be delivered today.
