NEVER use them. Today I have waited for medical supplies the driver forged my signature and drove off with parcel. Luckily I have CCTV after over an hour to get through to customer services they said ... contact sender basically not our problem!!! I am left without my diabetes pump which could result in a major health risk.
Untrustworthy, unreliable liars I will ask all companies who they ship with and of DPD will not buy!!
