DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address 5 miles away. I received a message to say it had been delivered and signed for....well not by me it hadn't! I messaged the seller who gave me DPD's details (surely it was the seller who should have carried this out). I called DPD and they knew exactly where my parcel was but between them and the seller were pretty useless. A week later I received a phone call from the address that had my parcel, I then collected today.
Don't use them, they're a waste of space!
