I read a lot of complains, and until now I think my situation is the worst. I bought something on 22th November and was supposed to be delivered 26th, they changed every single day the delivery date until 30th. They said will delivery today, 4th December, but apparently it’s lost in depot and I can’t go there try find it. Every time I call to costumer service I wait 30min to someone pick up the phone, and they really don’t care about my problem. I don’t know more what can I do. How they lost a parcel?!
