Complete Disaster. Failed deliveries every single day wasting my time and effort. Today the email notification said the parcel has been delivered and signed for which is a complete lie and after an our of waiting on the customer care line I was told that the parcel is back at the depot! This is bordering on scamming paying customers. Still haven't received the parcel!
Never ever ever use them again!!!!!
