According to DPD their driver could not find my address on two separate occasions and returned the parcel to warehouse where it lay for another 24 hours. Only after contacting them, as they seemed incapable of contacting me, they asked for more details on how to find my house. Now I live nowhere special and every sat nav I've used can get me home. Obviously DPD's can't. I then had the pleasure of their customer service staff put the phone down on me when I said 'can I ask a couple of questions. My email received a response describing it as a misunderstanding rather than containing an apology.
