I’ve given 1 Star as there’s no option to give Zero. On Saturday I was promised a 1 hr deliver slot for a collection on Monday and advised that this could be anytime between 9am - 5pm. The 1hr time slot would be confirmed first thing on Monday morning and would allow me to plan my day. Well today is that Monday and at 11am I was informed that the 1hr window was anytime between 9am - 5pm, how helpful ! If only they’d kept their word I’d have only wasted 8hrs of my day...... but it didn’t happen. Numerous attempts to call them was a complete waste of time as nobody answered the phone and the automated system failed miserably. Well, finally the parcel was collected by a driver who had no idea we’d been waiting in for him for more than 10hrs, hence no apology, simply “well I’m here now aren’t I” Lesson learned, if you want a parcel collected for delivery..”DON’T USE DPD, THEY ARE USELESS”
