DPD never delivered a very valuable parcel to me (containing an irreplaceable present for my daughter with additional needs) the driver forged a signature on the card and said it was mine. DPD have been "conducting an investigation" since 17th October which seems to be code for doing nothing. Now they are ignoring my emails and messages. Awful company to deal with and I would advise giving them a very wide berth
