I purchased some items from the John Lewis store.
Please advise me on how I can track where my parcel is and when it will arrive, as the tracking dates stops at a past date and has not been updated.
It is a very disappointing and traumatic experience to not know where your parcel is, if it is lost, or have they just abandoned the delivery ?
