I booked on the DPD website to have a parcel collected and delivered - what DPD don't tell you is that they subcontract this work out to other companies. The result is that you are sent around the houses when they things go wrong. This is the 2nd time I've booked through the DPD website and the 2nd time the parcel has gone missing.
