I am totally disgusted with this company. My parcel was postponed until the next day 5 days in a row. Then they gave me an hour window and didn't show up on the Friday. I needed the parcel for the following Monday and so called them on Saturday morning. After 20 minutes. I managed to speak to someone who blind transferred me to the business department who obviously couldn't help me. The guy put me back through to the main query line but I had to queue again for 29 minutes. I explained the situation and the woman said it was because the 1st line of address wasn't provided but I have proof that it was. The best part of this is that while I was on hold, the automated hold voice told me my parcel was at the Oldbury depot which means they could have called me at any point that week for the information but decided not to. I managed to get them to guarantee that I would get my parcel by 10:30 Monday morning. Guess what? No parcel. I called them and complained again and they said that my parcel had not been upgraded even though on Saturday, they said it had! On top of all of this, I still don't have it, even though it was due for delivery for today. To add insult to injury, they keep sending me messages saying “your delivery date has been changed as requested“ which really, really ticks me off because I didn't request any of these repeatedly changed delivery dates. It's extremely poor customer service, I have never experienced anything as shoddy or disorganised in my life. Never, ever use them. If you ever plan to have something delivered, check who they use for your delivery beforehand otherwise you are extremely unlikely to receive it anytime soon.
