I don't quite know where to begin... I'm writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who is a minor, she ordered a parcel for a Christmas gift (mine actually and at the time of writing I still don't know what it is!), however her delivery has been arranged so many times, she's been told it was going to be delivered one evening and she sat up late waiting for it -- no delivery, she was told it was going to be delivered a couple of days ago and so stayed in all day waiting -- no delivery. Yesterday she called me at work, in tears as she had been notified, via the app, that the parcel was now back on it's way to a depot a few miles away from where we live.
I called DPD's customer service team and spoke to a lady that sounded like she was going to sort things out for me, it was mid afternoon when I called, around 3pm, she sounded sympathetic and said she would call back, as of now (it's 12.32 the next day as I write this review) I have heard nothing from this atrocious delivery company. Would never, ever recommend.
Well DPD, if my 16-year-old daughter is upset at Christmas that will ruin my Christmas and that will never do!
