Apparently usual excuse of the driver could not find my address on two consecutive days.
Spent money on payed phone line only to be told lies by the handler saying that the parcel would be redelivered and the driver would call me on my mobile. Eventually picked up the parcel from the depot, of the 6 people waiting 4 had the same tale of driver could not find address. Basically its easier not to deliver than deliver late, company could not find its own A**E if it used both hands.
