I wish if I could give them no star at all. I am a new seller at Amazon and made a big mistake of sending my parcel through DPD. After a couple of weeks, Customer raised complaint through Amazon and he was refunded the amount and Amazon suspended my seller account due to these issues and me being a new seller. When I inquired through DPD, I was informed my parcel is still at the local collection point.
No apology and rather I was advised to collect it from the location and try to resend again as new parcel. Absolutely rubbish service.
I’ll put this on Facebook and LinkedIn. I will also go to every feedback forum and give this over there.
