Like others I would review as minus if I could. I ordered a delivery from Samsung which arrived 3 days later than expected as it was held at the depot for an unknown reason after I had tracking information to say it would be delivered that day between a certain time. Hours after the time has gone they had said it was changed to tomorrow and I would have an updated time before 1pm. I never received an updated time so instead changed the parcel to pick up at the shop as it was closer to the depot so should be easier. After finally picking up the parcel as it arrived so late I sent this back. It is now 3 weeks since I took this to the DPD shop and the parcel has gone missing. DPD are impossible to contact through phone and email and I am being refused a refund as they haven't received the parcel. Thank goodness for credit card refund protection. In future I will not be buying from anywhere that uses DPD
