Hello, I'm writting regarding a parcel delivery. It was supposed to be deliver on 27, but I had to reschedule it for 28, but never received a message for time slot. The parcel status was that it is in Oldbury depot. I was waiting till the afternoon of 29 to receive a time slot, then I contacted a customer service team member. After waiting half an hour on the phone, he hang up on me without an answer what us happening . I decided to request a pick up from the depot on 30 at 16:30. I was traveling almost an hour from worcester to birmingham so i can collect my parcel, but guess what, I was told that my parcel is somewhere, they weren't even sure where and now I'm supposed to wait till 2nd of January for update .... is this a joke. I suffer from a lot of loses because of this delay. And this time you will meet my lawyer. This is rediculous. I'm not happy with this situation.
