My Parcel, a Christmas present, was not delivered on day 23/12/2017 as stated. I contacted ‘Make it Better’ and they thought sending an email saying my parcel was locked in a container until 27/12/2017 when a label would be attached and It would be delivered on 27/12/2017.
The parcel actually arrived on the 28/12/2017 another day wasted waiting around.
