I waited in all for a delivery that failed to arrive, then received a message claiming that a driver had called and left a card - completely untrue.
I phoned M&S from where the item was ordered and received a new time slot for the next day. Same again. No call. No card. Email claiming driver had called and left a card.
I have now phoned M&S to cancel the order, which was a present from my wife for my birthday.
