Waited for a parcel all day, got an email email saying it was refused??????? there was no attempt to even deliver it...I know because I was in!....an absolute joke of a company and would never use them again.
If you don't want to deliver it then bloody tell me and I won't waste a days holiday waiting and will collect it myself.
