We receive around 60 deliveries each year, from various couriers who I have to say are great. The four that was supposed to be delivered by DPD never arrived on time ,the staff lie ( we left a card ) No card was ever left ,we can't find address was the other excuse but no phone call to establish address.
This company is a disgrace.
I will in future when ordering stuff on line as specifically that DPD is not used and if my request is ignored I will refuse to sing for the delivery and cancel order.
This is not a threat it is a promise.
