If I could only give no stars...
Drivers are making no effort to make sure parcels are delivered...especially if the see the closed door to a block of flats. Nobody else has any problem ringing customer's mobiles, in case of any issues entering the building. DPD drivers do not care at all. Without calling, they just leaving... Decided to review their poor service, as this is not really the first time we are having issues with parcels that were in DPD's hands. Awful service!
